Beauty

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A cliched statement, i know, but true nonetheless. There is one person i find absolutley beautiful. When they walk into the room, i find it hard to breath. They know what i think. and they don't care. Nor do i blame them. i know im a huge monster. i accepted this long ago. But i am a sweet guy. so maybe there is somebody out there for me.

immaturity

one of my biggest pet peeves is people telling me to grow up. When i act "Obnoxious" , or "wild", i am trying to have fun. My life isn't perfect, so I cope with it by having a good laugh. So don't tell me to grow up. and think before you speak. Punks.

Lies

Lying is a funny thing. If you agree with the lie, you won't call it a lie. For instance, schools are teaching the THEORY of evolution as fact. Why would a system that prides itself on molding the minds of the future teach something that is a guess as fact? Personally, I think that they don't want the other option to be true, even though it is staring them in the face.

Freedom

Freedom is an awesome thing. It allows me to practice religion freely, go to school and make my own choices. But freedom isn't free. Thousands of people have died so that i could be free. I need to remember them more.

professional sporting events

recently i went to my first professional sporting event. it was a vikings football game. the unrelenting noise, the rude gestures, the stinky man sitting in front of you, i loved it all. every kid should experience a professional sporting event at least once.

Politics

While being one of my favorite things, politics is a dirty as a three-year-old in the backyard. Liberals and conservatives alike both will do anything for an office. Personally, I am a conservative. Most of my friends are liberals. But we are still all close. I think politician need to sit down and compromise, to a certain extent. I believe that abortion is morally wrong and I will not bend on that, but I may be able to compromise on an issue involving funding for various things. All I'm saying is work together to make this country a better place.

Justice

Its not just a recurring theme in comic books. Justice is neccasary. It's what keeps the streets clean, and citizens safe. It brings fairness to our society in a way not many things could. But we must be careful to not confuse justice with revenge. We must ask ourselves, are we being just, or vengeful. Do what is fair and right.

Noise vs. silence

I honestly prefer noise over silence. I hate how boring silence can be. I prefer noise as it feels like somethings always going on, like you're in the middle of the action. With noise, i feel like im a part of something, that what i do has an impact on something. Thats why i want to move to the city when im older. Theres so much noise and activity.

giving

ive decided for this week to talk about giving. giving is a great thing. it helps the world and makes it a better place. But what are your motives for giving? Are you giving out of the kindness of your heart or are you giving because you have to? because it is the thing to do? im not saying dont give. im only saying examine your motives.
