hope

I have a problem. It is obesity. I can't stop eating. I hope to overcome this one day and die happy and healthy. But i doubt that will happen. So, to be realistic I have made it my life goal to reach one metric ton by the age of 40. I belive i can accomplish this. I hope i can accomplish this. That is true hope.

Old people

So, for about 6 months now I've been working at McDonalds. Now, we're not perfect, we make mistakes. And when we make mistakes, the ONLY PEOPLE that are rude about are elderly people. The other day a guy was ordering a coffee and i asked what size and he says "One of the larger ones". and i ask medium or large and he says, and I quote, "Jesus Christ! I just wanted a coffee". This guy had to be 69+ years old. Ive been asking myself why are old people such impatient buttholes. And I can't figure it out. I thought we were supposed to be the "rude, inconsiderate" generation. But every younger person I've helped has been polite and considerate. It irritates me beyond all belief. Elderly People need to grow up.

Hope

Hope. What can I say? Personally, I think the meaning of hope has been watered down. We "hope" we get what we want for a gift. We "hope" to have what we want for dinner. I mean come on people, wake up! There are people starving, dying, barely surviving out there. We need to open our eyes and figure our that we have it good.

adaptation

Adaptation is all around us. We are constantly adapting. For example, you meet someone new. In the first few words, you find out what they think is funny. Then you tailor your remarks to their sense of humor. You just adapted. You are constantly adapting in everyday life.

Love

Love is a funny thing. There are many types of love, from brotherly love, to the classic "in love" love. But I think the most purest form of love comes in the form of unrequited love. And I'm not talking about a "crush", I'm talking about real love. I think it's more real because you have to fight for it. And you do have to. It's not a choice, if it really is love. I've been dealing with this for about a year now and while I won't go into any specifics, this has been one of the hardest parts of my life. I think about it pretty much every second of every day. I just hope someday I'll get my chance.

Human Vs. Animals

I believe there is a strong difference between humans and animals. While i do believe animals feel, I dont believe they have souls. I believe Humans have an afterlife, while animals don't. I'm sorry. It's what i believe. If you don't like it, tough.
